On behalf of the Danish Delegation I have a few questions regarding logistics and practical stuff.
- When do we plan to start the meeting on the 9th and conclude the meeting on the 10th. For us Leaving
around 17:00 from Helsinki Airport would be preferable.
Arriving on the 8th late afternoon, seems so far to be the most practical.
- As far as we can tell, the distance between the suggested hotel
And Iris is about 30 minutes by car, is it not possible to have a hotel closer to Iris or alternatively hosting the meeting at the hotel where we are all staying, in order to safe
some Transfer time and money?
Lastly I Believe we probably will be 10 or 11 people joining from Denmark this is not absolutely carved in stone, but will be confirmed shortly.

About the location of the meeting:

About the program:
In the last meeting we had some suggestions about the subjects to our next meeting. Just to remind you, the topics were: Artificial Intelligence and Braille, 8-dot Braille and Braille Notes. If you have any subject you
would like to give a presentation, please let us know so we can start to plan the program.
About accommodation:

at first, I want to thank Hjalti,
Ásdís and all your colleagues for hosting a very interesting meeting in October! Because of the latest news, I'm worried about you all in Iceland and I hope you all the best.
In the meeting was decided to have the next meeting in Helsinki, Finland. We discussed already the suitable date: the meeting will be held on 9th-10th October 2024. Save the date!
There are some themes already that you were interested to talk about in the next meeting. The topics are:
